I just realized that I shot the same EMU set twice within about an hour. This is the return trip. Not many of these are in service yet. These new EMUs have been plagued with mechanical and software issues which greatly delayed their entry into regular service. It seems that they have now only been in service for a few months. I can report from personal experience that these cars offer a much quieter and smoother ride than the old locomotive-hauled stock they are slowly replacing. |
